Bespoke Aero Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is an independent aviation consultancy and advisory business, providing services in aircraft acquisition, management oversight, financial consultancy, remarketing, and related advisory fields. 2. Scope of Services

Our services include:

Strategic and technical consultancy in aviation projects.
Advisory support in aircraft acquisition, financing, and management.
Brokerage and remarketing of aircraft, where appointed exclusively by clients.
Advisory introductions to third-party providers where specialist services are required.

We do not act as a regulated financial advisor or provide investment services regulated under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.

3. Capacity and Independence

We act as an independent service provider and are not tied to any single operator, financier, or manufacturer. Where we recommend third-party providers, we do so in the best interests of our clients, subject to any disclosure of commercial arrangements as set out in Section 4.

4. Fees, Charges and Commissions

Our remuneration may take the form of:

Professional fees, as set out in our Letter of Engagement and General Terms of Business.
Project-based fees or retainers, agreed in writing with the client.
Success fees, brokerage commissions, or referral fees, disclosed to the client before any agreement is concluded.

We are committed to full transparency regarding how we are paid for our services.

5. Conflicts of Interest

We maintain procedures to identify and manage potential conflicts of interest. If a situation arises where our duty to a client conflicts with another engagement or interest, we will disclose this to the client and seek to agree a way forward.

6. Authorised Signatories and Representatives

For the avoidance of doubt and to safeguard our clients, Bespoke Aero Ltd confirms that only the following individuals are authorised to sign, execute, or otherwise legally commit the business to any agreement, contract, or obligation:

Andrew Knowles, Director

No other individual, employee, consultant, or representative has authority to bind Bespoke Aero Ltd, unless expressly confirmed in writing by an authorised signatory of the company.

Clients should treat with caution any person purporting to represent Bespoke Aero Ltd who is not expressly listed above and are invited to contact us directly to verify authenticity before entering into any agreement.

7. Complaints Procedure

We are committed to providing the highest quality of service. If you are dissatisfied, you may raise a complaint by writing to complaints@bespoke.aero . We will acknowledge receipt within 5 Business Days and aim to respond fully within 20 Business Days. If further time is needed, we will keep you informed

9. Governing Law

This Disclosure Document and any related matters are subject to the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
